marinate fillets in malt vinegar, garlic powder, seafood spice, the stuff in the little yellow can, and brown mustard...
mix all these together and marinate for 30 minutes.
I use a top of the stove grill, that you press sandwiches on...
olive oil grill, cook fish until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes on each side, or until brown and serve with brown rice and asparagus, dress with low sodium soy sauce.
